What's the difference between buying limited edition and open edition prints?"Limited edition" prints are numbered and, as the name suggests, the if the artist is selling, for example an edition of 25; once those prints have been sold the edition will no longer be available to purchase. The exclusive element of limited editions raises the value and makes those prints more attractive to collectors. And of course increases the investment possibilities. We do not carry many open edition prints. Unlike limited editions there is no limit on how many reproductions are made of those images but that enables them to be offered at a lower price.
